It’s been a week & it the shit is real! Obama is the HNIC in waiting. 

While I’m over my Obama love fest, I’m still excited about the possibilities.

With the election over the cable news has been wack, boring & my early evening TV watching is giving me a headache.

I am sick of hearing about Obama being the 1st Black this, the 1st Black that. OK we know, we know. So what’s next?

  • What's next is a question we all need to ask ourselves. If we want to make things happen, we're the ones that must set it off.

    It's not all about Obama and he's stated that very fact a million times. he has a great site called change.gov which gives a bit if insider stuff on the transition and some of the work his team is doing.

    I have local growers, food justice and sustainability in my cross hairs. Why don't the poor have access to quality nutrition? I'm digging deep because this just might be a fight I'm willing to get into.

    Smitty - Man, let's hope that he does not fuck up causing a shift in favor. But one thing we must remember that he said he was not a perfect person & will not be a perfect president.

    With that said, anything has to be better that GWB's dumb red neck ass.
